THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN KENTUCKY.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

ANY REMAINING PRECIPITATION WILL TRANSITION TO SNOW SHOWERS DURING
THE AFTERNOON AND LAST INTO TONIGHT. MOST LOCATIONS SHOULD NOT SEE
MORE THAN A DUSTING OF SNOW FROM THE SNOW SHOWERS. HOWEVER...HIGHER
ELEVATIONS NEAR THE VIRGINIA BORDER COULD HAVE LOCALIZED
ACCUMULATIONS AROUND AN INCH.

IN THE WAKE OF THE SNOW...SOME OF THE COLDEST NOVEMBER AIR IN THE
LAST 30 YEARS WILL SURGE INTO THE AREA. WHILE OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES
DROP INTO THE MID TEENS...WIND CHILL VALUES WILL FALL TO THE SINGLE
DIGITS ABOVE ZERO.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

RECORD BREAKING COLD AIR WILL CONTINUE TO FLOW INTO THE REGION DURING
THE DAY TUESDAY AND INTO TUESDAY NIGHT. WIND CHILL READINGS NEAR ZERO
WILL BE POSSIBLE EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE
SINGLE DIGITS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY TUESDAY AND TUESDAY
NIGHT.

LIGHT SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE IN PORTIONS OF THE AREA FROM TIME TO TIME
DURING THE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT TIME FRAME.
