AND SATURDAY AFTERNOONS...

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST FLORIDA...
SOUTHEAST GEORGIA AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT...

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE SUWANNEE VALLEY AND NORTH CENTRAL
FLORIDA WILL DIMINISH IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY DURING THE LATE
EVENING HOURS. FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES AND LOCALLY HEAVY
DOWNPOURS WILL BE THE PRIMARY THREATS WITH THIS ACTIVITY DURING
THE EARLY EVENING HOURS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

A HEAT ADVISORY WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF NORTHEAST FLORIDA AND
SOUTHEAST GEORGIA FROM NOON THROUGH 8 PM ON FRIDAY. THE COMBINATION
OF HEAT AND HUMIDITY WILL COMBINE TO CREATE A SITUATION IN WHICH
HEAT ILLNESSES ARE POSSIBLE. DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS...STAY IN AIR-
CONDITIONED BUILDINGS...STAY OUT OF THE SUN...AND CHECK UP ON
RELATIVES AND NEIGHBORS. INLAND HIGHS WILL REACH THE 96 TO 101
RANGE...AND THESE VERY HOT TEMPERATURES WILL COMBINE WITH A HUMID
AIR MASS TO PRODUCE MAXIMUM AFTERNOON HEAT INDICES OF 106 TO 111
DEGREES.

ISOLATED TO WIDELY SCATTERED STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ON FRIDAY
AND SATURDAY...MAINLY DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS...AND
MOSTLY AT INLAND LOCATIONS AS SEA BREEZES PUSH INLAND. A FEW
STRONG STORMS ARE POSSIBLE...WITH GUSTY WINDS...FREQUENT
LIGHTNING AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS POSSIBLE.

HEAT ADVISORIES ARE LIKELY FOR SATURDAY REGION-WIDE...AND ARE
POSSIBLE AGAIN ON SUNDAY AT INLAND LOCATIONS.

SCATTERED AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED EACH
DAY FROM SUNDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
