LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP BY LATE TONIGHT AS LOW
PRESSURE DEVELOPS AND MOVES NORTH TOWARD THE REGION. ISOLATED
RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 2 INCHES BY DAYBREAK MAY CAUSE A FEW FLOODING
ISSUES ALTHOUGH WIDESPREAD OR MAJOR FLOODING PROBLEMS ARE NOT
ANTICIPATED.
