WILL REMAIN SNOW COVERED AND HAZARDOUS FOR TRAVEL THROUGH AT LEAST
MID MORNING THURSDAY.

MANY ROADS IN THESE AREAS WILL BE JUST WET THIS EVENING BUT THERE
WILL BE POTENTIAL FOR REFREEZING TO OCCUR LATER TONIGHT AS
TEMPERATURES DROP. LIGHT ICING OF ROAD SURFACES WILL BE A
POSSIBILITY...ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. EXPECT ROAD
