WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY MORNING. A DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS IN
EFFECT.

A WINTER STORM MAY AFFECT THE ARKLAMISS FROM LATE WEDNESDAY INTO
THURSDAY WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT ICE ACCUMULATION...ESPECIALLY
NORTHWEST OF A LINE FROM RAYVILLE LOUISIANA TO GREENWOOD AND WEST POINT
MISSISSIPPI...WHERE DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS AND POWER OUTAGES WILL
BE POSSIBLE. LIGHTER ICE ACCUMULATION ON MAINLY ELEVATED SURFACES WILL
BE POSSIBLE SOUTHEAST OF THAT LINE. THE TIMING AND IMPACTS WILL LIKELY
BE ADJUSTED IN LATER FORECASTS.
