ARKANSAS...AND NORTHWEST MISSISSIPPI.

TIMING...TODAY THROUGH TONIGHT

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE THROUGH
THE REGION AGAIN TODAY. THE EXPECTED SLOW STORM MOVEMENT WILL ALLOW
HEAVY RAINFALL TO OCCUR. WITH ALREADY SATURATED SOILS...THESE HEAVY
AMOUNTS MAY LEAD TO RUNOFF PROBLEMS AND FLASH FLOODING.

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE
THROUGH THE REGION TODAY. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL PRODUCE QUARTER
SIZE HAIL AND WINDS UP TO 60 MPH. THE EXPECTED SLOW STORM MOVEMENT
WILL ALLOW HEAVY RAINFALL TO OCCUR. WITH ALREADY SATURATED
