RAIN WILL CHANGE TO FREEZING RAIN THIS EVENING AND THEN SHOULD CHANGE
TO A WINTRY MIX OF SLEET...SNOW AND FREEZING RAIN LATE TONIGHT. ICE
ACCUMULATIONS OF A QUARTER INCH ARE POSSIBLE WITH SLEET AND SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS UP TO AN INCH. BY LATE TONIGHT TRAVEL WILL BECOME VERY
HAZARDOUS AND SOME POWER OUTAGES ARE LIKELY.

MIDDAY THURSDAY.

LOWS BELOW 20 DEGREES AND HIGHS NEAR OR BELOW 32 DEGREES ARE
LIKELY FOR EXTREME SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS AND PORTIONS OF
NORTHEAST LOUISIANA AND NORTHWEST MISSISSIPPI THURSDAY NIGHT INTO
FRIDAY. IN ADDITION...WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES IN THESE AREAS ARE
EXPECTED TO BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS LATE THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY
