ISOLATED TO WIDELY SCATTERED STRONG TO MARGINALLY SEVERE STORMS
ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING OVER FAR SOUTHERN AND
SOUTHEAST KANSAS...CAPABLE OF DIME TO QUARTER SIZE HAIL AND 50 TO
60 MPH WINDS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES REMAIN IN THE FORECAST FROM TUESDAY NIGHT
THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY. WHILE WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT
EXPECTED...A FEW STRONG TO MARGINALLY SEVERE STORMS ARE POSSIBLE.

FURTHERMORE...THUNDERSTORM CHANCES ENTER BACK INTO THE FORECAST BY
FRIDAY NIGHT...AS REMNANTS OF A PACIFIC HURRICANE INTERACT WITH A
COLD FRONT APPROACHING FROM THE NORTH. A FEW STRONG STORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE...ALONG WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN.
