PRIMARILY SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS TODAY INTO THIS EVENING. ALTHOUGH
THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE STRONG NOR SEVERE...
HEAVY RAINS ARE LIKELY OVER SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS WHERE LOCALIZED
FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS MAY RESULT.
