SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A LIGHT WINTRY MIX IS POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND
NORTH OF HIGHWAY 54 IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS. A LIGHT GLAZE OF ICE ON
ELEVATED SURFACES MAY RESULT IN A FEW SLICK SPOTS LATE TONIGHT IN
THAT AREA. A DUSTING OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE OVER THE REMAINDER OF THE
AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

THE LIGHT WINTRY MIX WILL EXIT THE AREA EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.
LIGHT SNOW MAY REDEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA ON SATURDAY NIGHT WITH
CONTINUED CHANCES INTO EARLY MONDAY. LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL
BE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY FOR LOCATIONS WEST OF THE KANSAS
TURNPIKE.

WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED TO DROP BELOW ZERO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING
OVER CENTRAL KANSAS...AND AGAIN LATE SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY
MORNING ACROSS THE AREA...AS ARCTIC AIRS SPREADS SOUTH ACROSS THE
REGION.

ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING A CHANCE OF SNOW AND ANOTHER SURGE
OF ARCTIC AIR TO THE AREA LATE IN THE WEEK.
