SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

LIGHT SNOW AND PERHAPS PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL SPREAD EAST
ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH TONIGHT. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE
EXPECTED TO REMAIN LIGHT...WITH AMOUNTS UP TO ONE-HALF TO THREE-
QUARTERS OF AN INCH POSSIBLE GENERALLY NORTHWEST OF GREAT BEND TO
LINCOLN. AMOUNTS OVER SOUTH-CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS WILL
LIKELY ONLY BE A DUSTING TO PERHAPS A FEW TENTHS OF AN INCH.
PATCHY SLICK SPOTS ARE POSSIBLE FROM THE LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

AREAS OF LIGHT SNOW MAY LINGER OVER FAR SOUTHEAST KANSAS INTO
SATURDAY MORNING.

AREAS OF LIGHT SNOW OR FLURRIES WILL SPREAD ACROSS MAINLY THE
NORTHERN AND WESTERN HALVES OF KANSAS FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON INTO
TUESDAY...ALTHOUGH AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY REMAIN LESS THAN ONE-HALF
INCH.

ARCTIC AIR WILL SURGE SOUTH ACROSS THE AREA EARLY TO MID NEXT
WEEK. SUBZERO WIND CHILLS ARE LIKELY MONDAY NIGHT ACROSS CENTRAL
KANSAS...AND OVER MOST OF THE AREA ON TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY
MORNING.
