SOUTHEAST OF THE KANSAS TURNPIKE. A FEW LOCATIONS MAY SEE
VISIBILITIES FALL TO LESS THAN A MILE OVER FAR SOUTHEAST KANSAS. BE
SURE TO USE CAUTION DURING YOUR MORNING COMMUTE.
