SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON OVER FAR
SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND ALSO OVER CENTRAL KANSAS. SMALL HAIL...GUSTY
WINDS AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN MAY ACCOMPANY THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY.

AFTERNOON HEAT INDICES AROUND 100 DEGREES ARE POSSIBLE OVER SOUTH-
CENTRAL KANSAS NEAR THE OKLAHOMA BORDER.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

HEAT INDICES WILL BEGIN TO CLIMB ABOVE 100 DEGREES AGAIN DURING
THE AFTERNOON HOURS ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.

MEANWHILE...ANOTHER SLOW MOVING FRONT WILL SINK SOUTHWARD INTO
KANSAS AND BRING MORE CHANCES OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS TO THE REGION
FOR SUNDAY.
