THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...SOUTH
CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NORTHEAST WINDS FROM 10 TO 15 MPH WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILLS FROM
ZERO TO 3 BELOW THIS MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

AN ARCTIC FRONT WILL ARRIVE WEDNESDAY NIGHT BRINGING A CHANCE FOR
LIGHT SNOW ACROSS THE REGION. LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE.
NORTHEAST WINDS FROM 15 TO 20 MPH COMBINING WITH TEMPERATURES
SETTLING INTO THE MID TEENS MAY PRODUCE WIND CHILLS AROUND ZERO IN
ALL OF CENTRAL KANSAS EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

WIND CHILLS FROM ZERO TO 5 BELOW ARE LIKELY ACROSS ALL AREAS
FRIDAY MORNING.

ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM MAY IMPACT THE REGION LATE IN THE WEEK AND
ESPECIALLY OVER THE WEEKEND THAT WILL BRING A CHANCE FOR WINTRY
PRECIPITATION. THERE IS CONSIDERABLE UNCERTAINTY WITH RESPECT TO
HOW THE PATTERN WILL EVOLVE. FORECASTS FOR NEXT WEEKEND SHOULD BE
MONITORED CLOSELY.
