SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

VERY HIGH GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS
CENTRAL KANSAS...AND MOST OF SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

AN EXTREME GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER IS LIKELY FOR MOST OF CENTRAL
KANSAS AND VERY HIGH ACROSS THE REST OF THE AREA WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON.

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON IN THOSE
PARTS OF CENTRAL KANSAS PRIMARILY ALONG...AND NORTHWEST...OF A LINE
FROM SALINA TO LYONS...AS WELL AS EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL GREATLY INCREASE WEDNESDAY NIGHT...ESPECIALLY
OVER CENTRAL KANSAS. HAIL UP TO NICKEL-SIZED AND GUSTS AROUND 50
MPH ARE POSSIBLE FOR MOST AREAS. STRONG THUNDERSTORMS AGAIN CAPABLE
OF HAIL UP TO NICKEL-SIZED AND GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE FOR
PRIMARILY SOUTHEAST KANSAS ON THURSDAY AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS
THURSDAY NIGHT.
