THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL KANSAS...
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

HEAT INDICES WILL RISE INTO THE 102 TO 108 DEGREE RANGE ACROSS
THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AND A HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN
EFFECT.

A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT WILL BRING INCREASING CHANCES FOR
THUNDERSTORMS TO THE AREA THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT. A FEW STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS WITH WINDS GUSTS TO 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

A FEW STORMS MAY LINGER INTO THE MORNING HOURS ON SUNDAY...MAINLY
NEAR THE OKLAHOMA STATE LINE. STRONG OR SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED.

ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM WILL APPROACH THE AREA TOWARD THE MIDDLE OF
THE WEEK BRINGING INCREASING CHANCES FOR STORMS LATE TUESDAY
THROUGH THE END OF THE WORK WEEK. SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT ANTICIPATED
AT THIS TIME.
