SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

UNSEASONABLY WARM TEMPERATURES AND GUSTY SOUTH WINDS FROM 20 TO 30
MPH THIS AFTERNOON WILL ELEVATE THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER INTO THE
VERY HIGH CATEGORY ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS UNTIL EARLY THIS EVENING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE FROM LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON INTO
EARLY MONDAY NIGHT TO THE EAST OF THE KANSAS TURNPIKE. THE THREAT
FOR SEVERE WEATHER IS VERY LOW...HOWEVER SMALL HAIL CANNOT BE
RULED OUT WITH A FEW OF THE STRONGER STORMS.
