THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL KANSAS...
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

WINTER WEATHER WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD NORTHWARD OVER SOUTHERN
KANSAS THIS EVENING THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. SNOW WILL BE
POSSIBLE UPWARDS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES IN EASTERN PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
KANSAS. LESSER AMOUNTS SOUTH TO THE STATE LINE. FREEZING DRIZZLE
WILL ALSO CAUSE ROADS TO BE HAZARDOUS BY MORNING.  CHECK THE
LATEST WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

WINTRY WEATHER WILL LINGER ON THURSDAY MORNING AREA WIDE AND OVER
SOUTHEAST KANSAS THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING. FREEZING DRIZZLE AND
LIGHT SNOW LOOK TO BE THE MAIN THREATS.  ONLY MINOR ADDITIONAL
ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED ON THURSDAY...AND LITTLE IF ANY
THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.

GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER WILL BE VERY HIGH TUESDAY AS A FRONT MOVES
THROUGH THE AREA WITH STRONG WINDS.
