THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH ALABAMA AND PORTIONS OF
SOUTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES OF 90 TO 95 DEGREES WILL COMBINE WITH HIGH
HUMIDITY LEVELS TO PRODUCE HEAT INDEX VALUES IN THE 95 TO 100
DEGREE RANGE FOR MOST OF THE REGION.

A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH SOUTHWARD THROUGH THE TENNESSEE VALLEY FROM
THIS EVENING THROUGH MONDAY MORNING WITH A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS
FOR ALL AREAS. THE COVERAGE OF STORMS IS EXPECTED TO BE GREATEST TO
THE NORTH OF A LINE EXTENDING FROM ATHENS...TO WOODVILLE AND FORT
PAYNE. WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH...SMALL HAIL...FREQUENT LIGHTNING
AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST CELLS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF LINGERING THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY ON MONDAY
MORNING...BEFORE THE COLD FRONT COMPLETELY CLEARS THE FORECAST
AREA.

A LOW CHANCE OF STORMS WILL RETURN TO THE AREA BY FRIDAY AND
SATURDAY...AS INCREASING MOISTURE INTERACTS WITH A COUPLE OF UPPER
LEVEL DISTURBANCES.
