THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH ALABAMA AND PORTIONS
OF SOUTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON
ACROSS NORTHWEST ALABAMA AS A COLD FRONT STALLING JUST TO THE
NORTHWEST OVER TENNESSEE SENDS THUNDERSTORMS TOWARDS THE TENNESSEE
VALLEY. THE CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS INCREASES ON FRIDAY EVENING AS
THE THREAT FOR STORMS SHIFTS SOUTH ACROSS AREAS NORTH OF THE
TENNESSEE RIVER, ESPECIALLY OVER SOUTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE.

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL BEGIN TO IMPACT THE TENNESSEE VALLEY EARLY
NEXT WEEK...WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS LATE SUNDAY NIGHT
ACROSS NORTHWEST ALABAMA. THE COVERAGE OF STORMS WILL INCREASE AND
EXPAND TO ENCOMPASS THE ENTIRE AREA ON MONDAY...BEFORE ENDING FROM
WEST TO EAST EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND GUSTY
WINDS MAY ACCOMPANY A FEW STORMS.

.SPOTTER CALL TO ACTION STATEMENT...

ACTIVATION OF STORM SPOTTERS AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL IS
NOT ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME.
