WATER...ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP LATE THIS EVENING AND PERSIST INTO
THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. VISIBILITIES MAY BRIEFLY BE REDUCED TO LESS
THAN 1 MILE AT TIMES.

AREAS OF FOG...MAINLY WITHIN VALLEYS AND NEAR LARGE BODIES OF
