AT 555 AM CST...A LARGE AREA OF SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
WAS DEVELOPING AND EXPANDING ACROSS PARKER COUNTY. THE HEAVIEST
PRECIPITATION WAS CENTERED NEAR WEATHERFORD...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40
MPH.

EXPECT RAPIDLY DETERIORATING ROAD CONDITIONS ACROSS THESE
COUNTIES THIS MORNING. MODERATE TO HEAVY SLEET...MIXED WITH LIGHT
FREEZING RAIN AT TIMES...WILL AFFECT MUCH OF PARKER AND TARRANT
COUNTY THROUGH AT LEAST 700 AM.
