  FORECAST.

SOUTH FORK SABINE RIVER NEAR QUINLAN.

* AT 1245 PM SATURDAY THE STAGE WAS 14.67 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 15 FEET.
* FORECAST...RIVER IS CRESTING NOW BELOW FLOOD STAGE AND SHOULD START
  TO RECEDE SATURDAY EVENING.
* FORECAST...RIVER IS BELOW FLOOD STAGE AND CONTINUES TO SLOWLY
  RECEDE. WATER LEVELS WILL CONTINUE TO FALL FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
