* LOCATION...ACROSS ALL OF NORTH AND CENTRAL TEXAS FOR THE WIND
  ADVISORY. LOCATIONS ALONG AND NORTHWEST OF A LINE FROM SULPHUR
  SPRINGS TO KELLER TO WACO TO LAMPASAS FOR THE FREEZE WARNING.
  FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE BASICALLY POSSIBLE ALONG AND NORTH OF
  INTERSTATE 30 OR WEST OF INTERSTATE 35.

* WINDS...NORTH 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 35 MPH.

* TIMING...NOW THROUGH 9 PM FOR THE WIND ADVISORY AND 1 AM TO 10
  AM FOR THE FREEZE WARNING.

* TEMPERATURE...TEMPERATURES MAY FALL TO FREEZING OR BELOW FOR
  SEVERAL HOURS IN OUTLYING AREAS...AND POSSIBLY JUST FOR A
  COUPLE HOURS CLOSER TO URBAN AREAS. LOWS IN OUTLYING OR RURAL
  AREAS WILL FALL INTO THE UPPER 20S WHILE LOWS WILL FALL JUST
  BELOW 32 DEGREES IN MORE URBANIZED AREAS.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
  BOATING ON OPEN WATERS WILL BE HAZARDOUS FOR SMALL CRAFT.
  LIGHTWEIGHT OBJECTS THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY SECURED ARE LIKELY
  TO BE BLOWN AROUND. FREEZING TEMPERATURES MAY DAMAGE OR KILL
  TENDER VEGETATION. TAKE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT THESE PLANTS
  FOR TONIGHT.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF AT LEAST 20 TO
30 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING
DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. BOATERS SHOULD
USE EXTRA CAUTION WHEN VENTURING ONTO AREA LAKES.  RESIDENTS MAY
WISH TO TAKE ACTION TO SECURE TRASH CANS...LAWN FURNITURE...AND
OTHER LIGHTWEIGHT OUTDOOR OBJECTS THAT MAY BE BLOWN AROUND IN THE
STRONG WINDS.

A FREEZE WARNING MEANS THESE CONDITIONS MAY KILL SENSITIVE PLANTS
AND RESIDENTS ARE ADVISED TO PROTECT TENDER VEGETATION. AUTOMATIC
SPRINKLER SYSTEMS SHOULD ALSO BE TURNED OFF TO AVOID CREATING ICE

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 10 AM CDT TUESDAY.

* LOCATION...ACROSS ALL OF NORTH AND CENTRAL TEXAS FOR THE WIND
  ADVISORY. AREAS ALONG AND EAST OF INTERSTATE 35 AND SOUTH OF
  INTERSTATE 30 FOR THE FROST ADVISORY.

* WINDS...NORTH 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 35 MPH.

* TIMING...NOW THROUGH 9 PM FOR THE WIND ADVISORY. FROM 1 AM UNTIL
  10 AM TUESDAY FOR THE FROST ADVISORY.

* TEMPERATURE...TEMPERATURES WILL DROP INTO THE 30S AFTER MIDNIGHT
  TONIGHT...WITH LOW TEMPERATURES 33 TO 35 DEGREES TUESDAY MORNING.

* WIND IMPACTS...DRIVING MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR HIGH PROFILE
  VEHICLES. BOATING ON OPEN WATERS WILL BE HAZARDOUS FOR SMALL
