* LOCATION...ALONG AND NORTHWEST OF A LINE FROM SULPHUR SPRINGS TO
  KELLER TO WACO TO LAMPASAS. FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE BASICALLY
  POSSIBLE ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 30 OR WEST OF INTERSTATE
  35.

* TIMING...1 AM TO 10 AM TUESDAY.

* TEMPERATURE...TEMPERATURES MAY FALL TO FREEZING OR BELOW FOR
  SEVERAL HOURS IN OUTLYING AREAS...AND POSSIBLY JUST FOR A COUPLE
  HOURS CLOSER TO URBAN AREAS. LOWS IN OUTLYING OR RURAL AREAS
  WILL FALL INTO THE UPPER 20S WHILE LOWS WILL FALL JUST BELOW 32
  DEGREES IN MORE URBAN AREAS.

* IMPACTS...FREEZING TEMPERATURES MAY DAMAGE OR KILL TENDER
  VEGETATION. TAKE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT THESE PLANTS FOR
  TONIGHT.
