TEXAS...NORTHEAST TEXAS AND SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...OVERNIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND FREEZING DRIZZLE IS IN
EFFECT NORTHWEST OF COMMERCE TO COMANCHE LINE FRIDAY THROUGH
SATURDAY.

SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES WITH LOCALIZED
HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED GENERALLY NORTHWEST OF A MUENSTER TO
MINERAL WELLS LINE...WITH UP BETWEEN 1 AND 3 INCHES ELSEWHERE.

TRAVEL IMPACTS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE NORTHWEST COUNTIES AROUND
DAYBREAK FRIDAY...THEN RAPIDLY DEVELOP EAST ACROSS THE REMAINDER
OF THE ADVISORY THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON. FOR FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH
SATURDAY...FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL RESULT IN ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF A
FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH. THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE ADDITIONAL
TRAVEL IMPACTS INTO SATURDAY AFTERNOON ...ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES
AND OVERPASSES.

OUTSIDE OF THE ADVISORY AREA...ANY SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATION WILL
BE LIGHTER...BUT BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES COULD BECOME SLICK BY
FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY MORNING FROM ANY FREEZING DRIZZLE.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MUCH OF NORTH TEXAS ON
TUESDAY. CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS WILL BE THE
PRIMARY THREATS.
