THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL
TEXAS...NORTHEAST TEXAS AND SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
A WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH
MONDAY FOR AREAS ALONG AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM COMANCHE TO GLEN
ROSE TO CANTON. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR
AREAS ALONG AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM COMANCHE TO GLEN ROSE TO
CANTON BEGINNING AT MIDNIGHT AND CONTINUING THROUGH MONDAY.

WINTER PRECIPITATION WILL DEVELOP OVER THE NORTHWEST THIS
AFTERNOON AND SPREAD INTO CENTRAL TEXAS TONIGHT. THE WINTER
PRECIPITATION WILL BEGIN AS FREEZING RAIN INITIALLY...THEN
CHANGE OVER TO SLEET. THE SLEET AND ICE WILL MAKE ROADS SLICK AND
DANGEROUS. ALSO...THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
AND BRIEF HEAVY SLEET LATE TONIGHT...MAINLY OVER THE NORTHWEST.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
A WINTER STORM WARNING AND WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL BE IN
EFFECT ACROSS THE REGION MONDAY. SLEET AND SOME FREEZING RAIN WILL
BE ON GOING MONDAY MORNING AND WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE
DAY...THEN SHIFTING TO AREAS SOUTHEAST OF A BONHAM TO GOLDTHWAITE
LINE MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY. ICE AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS UP TO
ONE AND ONE HALF OF AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE NORTHWEST
PORTION OF THE WARNING AREA AND UP TO 1 INCH ELSEWHERE. LIGHTER
ICE AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA.
THE ICE AND SLEET WILL MAKE ROADS SLICK AND DANGEROUS MONDAY
THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

IN ADDITION...ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE
NORTHWEST MONDAY MORNING.

THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON BRINGS LOW CHANCES OF A
MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW TO NORTH AND CENTRAL TEXAS.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WEATHER FOR ICE AND SLEET ACCUMULATION MAY BE
REQUESTED IN THE NORTHWEST THIS AFTERNOON AND ELSEWHERE OVERNIGHT.
