  COLLIN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  EASTERN DENTON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 815 AM CDT

* AT 650 AM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. THE HEAVIEST RAINS WERE
  OCCURRING 5 MILES WEST OF ANNA...MOVING SOUTH AT 15 MPH. HEAVY
  RAINS MAY RESULT IN FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AS WELL
  AS STREETS...UNDERPASSES AND OTHER POOR DRAINAGE LOCATIONS IN URBAN
  AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SIGNIFICANT PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS CAN BE EXPECTED. MOTORISTS
SHOULD SLOW DOWN DURING HEAVY DOWNPOURS TO AVOID LOSING CONTROL.
CHILDREN SHOULD NEVER PLAY AROUND HIGH WATER...DRAINAGE DITCHES...
