* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  EASTERN BELL COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 430 PM CDT

* AT 331 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. THE HEAVIEST RAINS WERE
  OCCURRING 3 MILES EAST OF TEMPLE. THE HEAVY RAIN AREA WAS NEARLY
  STATIONARY. HEAVY RAINS MAY RESULT IN FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND
  STREAMS...AS WELL AS STREETS...UNDERPASSES AND OTHER POOR DRAINAGE
  LOCATIONS IN URBAN AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SIGNIFICANT PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS CAN BE EXPECTED. MOTORISTS
SHOULD SLOW DOWN DURING HEAVY DOWNPOURS TO AVOID LOSING CONTROL.
CHILDREN SHOULD NEVER PLAY AROUND HIGH WATER...DRAINAGE DITCHES...
STORM DRAINS...OR FLOODED STREAMS.
