* AT 333 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. THE HEAVIEST RAINS WERE
  OCCURRING NEAR LOMETA...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 5 MPH. HEAVY RAINS MAY
  RESULT IN FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AS WELL AS
  STREETS...UNDERPASSES AND OTHER POOR DRAINAGE LOCATIONS IN URBAN
  AREAS.
