.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

PERIODS OF FREEZING RAIN... POSSIBLY MIXED WITH SOME LIGHT SNOW
OR SLEET REMAIN POSSIBLE ACROSS PARTS OF NORTH GEORGIA THIS
MORNING. THE WINTRY PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO CHANGE OVER TO
ALL RAIN BETWEEN 10 AM AND NOON TODAY WHEN TEMPERATURES WARM ABOVE
FREEZING. ANY ACCUMULATIONS OF ICE OR SNOW COULD CAUSE SLICK
SPOTS ON ROADS... BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES THROUGH THE MORNING.

GEORGIA SUNDAY AFTERNOON AS CONVECTION DEVELOPS ALONG AND AHEAD OF
A COLD FRONT THAT PUSHES ACROSS THE AREA ON SUNDAY.

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF WINTRY PRECIPITATION ACROSS PARTS OF
NORTH GEORGIA BOTH WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY MORNINGS. LITTLE TO NO
ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED AT THIS TIME...BUT STAY TUNED AS THIS
COULD CHANGE.
