DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR IS SHOWING THAT SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
HAVE STARTED TO DEVELOP RAPIDLY OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF THE
SACRAMENTO MOUNTAINS. ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME IS JUST TO THE EAST
OF CLOUDCROFT. LITTLE MOVEMENT IS INDICATED AT THIS TIME WITH
LIGHT WINDS ALOFT. EXPECT POSSIBLE HEAVY RAINFALL OF OVER AN INCH
IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME FROM SOME OF THESE STORMS WITH SOME LOW
AREA FLOODING...SMALL HAIL. WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH AND CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING. DO NOT ENTER AREAS WHERE WATER IS COVERING OR
RUNNING ACROSS ROADWAYS.
