THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...SOUTH
CENTRAL...SOUTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

WIDELY SCATTERED LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS TODAY.
THE MAIN THREAT FROM ANY THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

A DRYLINE IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS SOUTHWEST KANSAS ON
WEDNESDAY. EAST OF THE DRYLINE, STRONG SOUTH WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP. SCATTERED STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO EXPECTED
TO DEVELOP ALONG AND EAST OF THE DRYLINE DURING THE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING HOURS. THE MAIN THREAT FROM THESE STORMS WILL BE LARGE
HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.

WEST OF THE DRYLINE, GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES
ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP WHICH WILL LEAD TO CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS.
