AREAS OF FOG ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT...MAINLY
ACROSS THE EASTERN MIDLANDS. FOG COULD BECOME LOCALLY DENSE WITH
VISIBILITIES ONE-QUARTER MILE OR LESS. A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MAY BE
REQUIRED. THE FOG WILL DISSIPATE AROUND MID-MORNING.
