GRADIENT ACROSS THE LOWER TEXAS COAST TODAY. A WIND ADVISORY IS IN
EFFECT FOR COASTAL CAMERON COUNTY...COASTAL WILLACY COUNTY AND
KENEDY COUNTY THROUGH 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON.

THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS AT AREA BEACHES TODAY AND
