PATCHY FOG MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN A MILE ACROSS
PORTIONS OF THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY THURSDAY MORNING.

AN ELEVATED RISK OF RIP CURRENTS IS POSSIBLE AT THE LOCAL BEACHES
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL PROVIDE
FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND THE POSSIBILITY OF LOCALIZED FLOODING
