An upper level system will move east across Texas tonight and Monday. Most of the rain with this system will remain south of the Red River valley. A cold front will move into northern Oklahoma Monday and will bring a chace of rain to the area. By Wednesday, southerly winds and mild temperatures will return to the southern Plains.
