1) Explain QA-QC and how it effects the COOP program

2) Re-enforce use of HoN, DATZILLA, xmACIS as part of QA/QC program.

3) Ensure awareness of Observer awards and means of encouraging volunteers

4) Introduce students to near real time data ingest and paperless initiative

5) Discuss some of the problems associated with managing the COOP program

6) Continue to emphasize student participation
