WFO San Angelo Website Changes

To facilitate the National Weather Service's efforts to increase website availability and standardization, the NWS Forecast Office in San Angelo, TX transitioned our web site to a new content management system on Tuesday November 24th, 2009.

The transition will result in new names and locations for our current pages. The movement of our web site will also break existing bookmarks within the http://www.srh.noaa.gov/sjt structure. It will not affect links to national web pages such as the 'Point Click' maps or radar. To the maximum extent possible, the San Angelo forecast office will have redirections to the new web page locations.

Every effort has been made to transfer our current content to the new system but due to resource limitations not all content may of been transferred. We ask that you please notify the forecast office in the event that content you require or use regularly is not available within the updated web site. The forecast office will maintain an archival copy of  the legacy web content.

We realize that initially the change may cause some disruption to our customers, but we sincerely believe that the move will allow us to provide better service to our web customers in the long run.

If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, please email the San Angelo forecast office at sr-sjt.webmaster@noaa.gov.
