… Significant Flooding Across Part of Northern Florida…
T.S. Debby produced two distinct tracks of heavy rainfall since Saturday. The first track extended from north of Tampa northeast towards Jacksonville. The second set up yesterday afternoon along Interstate 10 between Jacksonville and Tallahassee. The area of most extreme rainfall was located just south of Tallahasse to around Apalachicola, including Wakula, Franklin, Liberty, and Gulf counties.
Following are some event total rainfall amounts (all in Florida):
Panacea – 27.05 inches
Sandborn – 25.74
St. Marks -- 20.64
Eddy Twr/Taylor – 18.96
Sumatra – 15.23
Mayo – 14.04
Jasper – 13.70
Largo – 13.48
T.S. Debby remains a very weak system but is still capable of producing extremely heavy rain over the next few days. The greatest threat for heavy rain overnight will again align Interstate 10 between Jacksonville to east of Tallahassee.

Close to 23 communities either are in flood or forecast to flood, including 6 major floods. All of these locations are in the region bounded by Tampa to Jacksonville to Tallahassee. Significant flooding is occurring or expected in:

White Springs – Suwannee River
Fort While – Santa Fe River (MAJOR)
Three Rivers Estates – Santa Fe River (MAJOR)
MacClenny – St. Marys River (MAJOR)
Middleburg – N Fk Black Creek (MAJOR)
Elfers – Anclote River (MAJOR)
Wortington Gardens - Cypress Creek
Wimauma – Little Manatee River
