Light snow returned to Middle
Tennessee on Thursday, January 12.
By early afternoon...snow was
falling in areas along and west of
the Interstate 65 corridor, and was
spreading eastward toward the
Cumberland Plateau.
Following are a few photos we've
received here at the Weather
Office today...

Now...here's a BLAST FROM THE PAST...
It was about this same time last year, when Middle Tennessee also received snowfall
(on January 10, 2011). However, it was a MUCH bigger event. Those around Pulaski,
down near the Alabama border, will probably remember this one:

We always like to receive snow pictures here at the Weather Office.
