SOUTHEAST OF COLUMBIA...MOVING SOUTH SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM. IN
ADDITION...YOU CAN EXPECT TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS...WHICH MAY CAUSE
