Low A 30-50% chance of measurable liquid (at least .01 in.) equivalent precipitation forecast to fall in the freezing state.
Moderate A ≥60% chance of (.01-.02 in.) measurable liguid equivalent precipitation is forecast to fall in the freezing state -or- anytime a freezing rain advisory has been issued
High A ≥60% chance of significant (≥.03 in.) measurable liguid equivalent precipitation is forecast to fall in the freezing state -or- anytime a Ice Storm Warning (or Winter Storm Watch) has been issued
