Surface Winds (knots) and Sea-Level Pressure (mb)

Note: Solid green lines = pressure contours (isobars). Cyan colored flags = wind (where one full barb on flag staff indicates a 10 knot wind, one half barb indicates a 5 knot wind. The flag staff indicates the direction the wind is coming from, for example, an east wind of 15 knots would be indicated by:windflag example.  A calm wind is indicated by a circle.

Note: The date/time is indicated above the graphic in the following format yymmdd/hhmm; where yy = year (e.g. 01=2001), mm = month (e.g. 10 = October), dd = day (e.g. 05 = the 5th), hh = UTC hour (subtract 4 hours for EDT or subtract 5 hours for EST), and mm = minutes (e.g. 2015 = 1615 EDT/415 PM local time or 1515 EST/315 PM local time).
