PRODUCING GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS OVER 35 KNOTS...AS WELL AS FREQUENT
LIGHTNING STRIKES AND LOCAL HEAVY RAIN...MAINLY OVER THE INTERIOR
LAKES.
