  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM
  WAS LOCATED OVER FISHER ISLAND...OR OVER VIRGINIA KEY...AND MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  MIAMI...KEY BISCAYNE AND FISHER ISLAND.
