* AT 423 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG 
  THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WATERSPOUTS AND WINDS 34 
  KNOTS OR GREATER...LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 13 NM 
  NORTHEAST OF JUNO BEACH TO 12 NM EAST OF HIGHLAND BEACH...MOVING 
  EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

* STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

AS THUNDERSTORMS MOVE OVER THE WATER...BOATERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS
AND HIGH WAVES. MOVE TO SAFE HARBOR OR STAY CLOSE TO SHORE UNTIL
THESE STORMS PASS.

THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE SUDDEN WATERSPOUTS. WATERSPOUTS CAN EASILY
OVERTURN BOATS AND CREATE LOCALLY HAZARDOUS SEAS. SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY.

REPORT SEVERE WEATHER TO THE COAST GUARD OR NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT
