EXCLUDING THE TERRITORIAL WATERS OF BAHAMAS...

AT 949 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS
THE MIAMI-DADE METRO AND GRADUALLY APPROACHING THE WATERS. THESE
STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO NEARLY 50 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
MIAMI BEACH...BISCAYNE BAY...SOLDIER KEY...TRIUMPH REEF...PACIFIC REEF...
ELLIOTT KEY...CONVOY POINT...TURKEY POINT AND KEY BISCAYNE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS...HIGH WAVES...DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING...AND HEAVY RAINS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE SUDDEN WATERSPOUTS. WATERSPOUTS CAN EASILY
