THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WATERSPOUTS...LOCATED ALONG A 
LINE EXTENDING FROM 20 NM EAST OF OCEAN RIDGE TO 25 NM EAST OF 
LAUDERDALE-BY-THE-SEA TO 27 NM EAST OF MIAMI BEACH...MOVING 
NORTHEAST AT 10 KNOTS.

THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WATERSPOUTS AS THEY 
REMAIN OVER OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS...HIGH WAVES...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...
