AT 934 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WATERSPOUTS...LOCATED ALONG A
LINE EXTENDING FROM 40 NM SOUTHEAST OF PACIFIC REEF TO 49 NM EAST OF
FLOYD'S WALL NORTHEAST...MOVING EAST AT 45 TO 50 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE SUDDEN WATERSPOUTS.  WATERSPOUTS CAN EASILY
OVERTURN BOATS AND CREATE LOCALLY HAZARDOUS SEAS.  SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.  IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
METAL OBJECTS.

REPORT SEVERE WEATHER TO THE COAST GUARD OR NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT
