  THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO 40 KNOTS AND SMALL
  HAIL...LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM TEQUESTA TO 9 NM WEST OF
  PALM BEACH TO 10 NM WEST OF DEERFIELD BEACH...MOVING EAST AT 35
  KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

AS THUNDERSTORMS MOVE OVER THE WATER...BOATERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS
AND HIGH WAVES. MOVE TO SAFE HARBOR OR STAY CLOSE TO SHORE UNTIL
THESE STORMS PASS.

THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE SUDDEN WATERSPOUTS. WATERSPOUTS CAN EASILY
OVERTURN BOATS AND CREATE LOCALLY HAZARDOUS SEAS. SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
METAL OBJECTS.
